If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the item:

Provide original proof of purchase

 Item must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition

In the case where an item has been lightly sampled, we are happy to provide a store credit for your return.

Package your item carefully and attach the shipping label emailed to you.

WHAT CAN I USE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE?

You may use any of the following as original proof of purchase:

  • Original register receipt or e-receipt tax invoice
  • 72 MALL account order history
  • Gift receipt

WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us @ +60133307572, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.

 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "LIGHTLY SAMPLED"?

"Lightly sampled" means an item may have some signs of minor wear or use, but must not be damaged unless the item was received by you in this condition.

 

I’VE RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT BUT IT’S NOT QUITE WHAT I’M AFTER. CAN I RETURN IT?

A gifted item can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase, and the product is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately refunds are not available for gift returns.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN TENDER?
If you would like to return an item that was purchased using a 72 Mall Gift Card or eGift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of another 72 MALL Gift Card.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?

For returns via mail, items typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our warehouse. You will be able to track the delivery of your return via the tracking number supplied when you book your return.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from 72 MALL, if the item found failure, you may reject the item from the courier service. If found failure after received, immediately call the courier service to make a report and contact us to seek a refund or exchange.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and 72 MALL may not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased or given to you. 

PRIVACY

72 MALL is committed to protecting your privacy. You may be asked to provide present photo identification when returning an item so that we can record your name, address and other identification details. Personal Information  collected will be stored and used in accordance with 72 MALL Privacy Policy.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.
