HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days for West Malaysia and 3-4 business days for East Malaysia. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.

*Peak periods such as Public Holidays and 72 MALL special offers can experience longer delivery times, please allow 3-5 business days.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free for all orders of RM200.00 and above.

Orders below RM200.00 are charged a flat delivery rate of RM8.00 within West Malaysia and RM10.00 within East Malaysia.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from 72 MALL which will include the Tracking consignment number.


CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address. OR, you can direct contact us for the special arrangement before you place the order.


WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us @ +60133307572 via SMS, Whatsapp, Wechat at any time any day or Contact Us If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within Malaysia.

If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favourite 72 MALL signature line products, we are happy to assist you. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Malaysia export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
